Madonna’s 56-year-old homeless brother, Anthony Ciccone said, “Madonna doesn’t give a s-t if I’m dead or alive,” in an exclusive interview with the Daily Mail last March.

The New York Daily News has reached out to the pop star’s camp for a comment a month after, but her publicist Liz Rosenberg declined to say anything.

Anthony Ciccone has been in the news regularly, first for being spotted as a homeless man during the bitter winter season of Michigan. And most recently for his altercation with Michigan cops after refusing to leave a public bathroom.

Last month, Ciccone wound up with nine stitches in his head after causing a commotion with Michigan police, reported the Daily News.

According to the Traverse City Record-Eagle, the borderline brother, who has a long history of alcoholism, was found by cops in the Grand Traverse County Civic Center in Traverse City, Mich.

A female police officer attempted to arrest the singer’s homeless brother, who was highly intoxicated at the time, on an outstanding trespassing warrant.

Ciccone refused to leave – and got physical with the police officer, reported the Record-Eagle.

Police Capt. Brian Heffner, who spoke with the Michigan paper, said “He pulled away, turned around and confronted the female officer in an aggressive manner, she turned him around and brought him to the ground, which is when he struck his face on the bathroom floor."

Ciccone’s forehead required nine stitches.

According to the police, his blood-alcohol level was 0.40. The legal limit for driving is 0.08.

Ciccone’s outstanding trespass homeless warrant stemmed from a March incident in a Michigan bookstore.

The Record-Eagle reported that he made himself comfortable by reclining in front of a fireplace in Horizon Books and refused to vacate the premise.

The paper also reported that he has other trespassing-related charges.
