NCT DREAM Repackaged Album 'Hello Future' Achieves Highest First Day Sales in Hanteo History
NCT DREAM achieves a new record with their repackaged album, "Hello Future."
On July 5 KST, Hanteo Chart announced that NCT DREAM's first full-length repackaged album, "Hello Future," had recorded more than 681,000 album copies sold in just its first week of sales from June 28 to July 4, achieving an all-time high record for a repackaged album in Hanteo Chart history.

NCT DREAM's Repackaged Album "Hello Future" Achieves Highest First Day Sales in Hanteo History
According to the first week sales data provided by the music chart, "Hello Future" had recorded an amazing 527,758 album copies sold on June 28 alone, making "Hello Future" the first repackaged album to surpass 500,000 album sales in just the first day of its release.
Following June 28, "Hello Future" had sold 38,424 albums on June 28; 18,921 albums on June 30; 26,611 albums on July 1; 24,577 albums on July 2; 4,010 albums on July 3; and 41,051 albums on July 4. In the daily chart ranking, "Hello Future" took first place a total of six times in its first week sales period.

NCT DREAM's first week sales for "Hello Future" had ended with a whopping 681,316 album copies sold, making it the second-highest in first week sales among all repackaged album sales recorded, following behind BTS' repackaged album "LOVE YOURSELF: 結 'Answer'."
Although the album sales for "Hello Future" is significantly less than the group's previous full-length album "Hot Sauce," which surpassed more than a million sales in its first week, it is still a remarkably high and great achievement for a repackaged album.

NCT DREAM's "Hello Future"
"Hello Future" is NCT DREAM's first-ever repackaged album and was released back on June 28. The repackaged album contains 13 tracks, including tracks from their full-length album "Hot Sauce," as well as three new songs such as the title track "Hello Future," "Bungee," and "Life Is Still Going On."
Included in the album are the songs: "Hello Future," "Bungee", "Hot Sauce," "Diggity," "Life Is Still Going On," "Dive Into You," "My Youth," "Rocket," "Countdown (3,2,1)," "ANL," "Irreplaceable," "Be There For You," and "Rainbow."
The album's title song "Hello Future" features a trap rhythm and is a hip-hop dance song with a powerful synth sound. The lyrics contain the message of overcoming the scars of war and continuing to grow with a hopeful future, as well as the love and trust for one another will eventually shine and become stronger.
Another new song, "Bungee," is an electronic pop song that compares bungee jumping to that of jumping into the arms of another person. It also features an emotional R&B pop genre that also compares life to a music box that constantly revolves wanting to spend each day in a meaningful and precious way.
Meanwhile, NCT DREAM also took the No.1 spot as the most influential artist in Hanteo's mid-year list of top 50 artists who have contributed the most to K-Pop in the first half of the year.

In the first half of 2021, NCT DREAM were active with their "Hot Sauce" album, and in the second half of the year, there is a growing expectation that the group will be setting another record with their various activities, including their repackaged album "Hello Future."
