On August 6, Sunmi released the music video of all the songs from her mini-album "1/6" and the music video for the title song "YOU CAN'T SIT WITH US."
This is Sunmi's comeback six months after her single "Tail." However, this is the solo singer's first time in three years to release a mini-album.
Sunmi attempted to change the mood by using a lively and light genre as a title song.
The unfamiliar album name, "1/6," hold a deeper meaning. Sunmi revealed that she began her work by widening her thoughts about the part of the moon where gravity is ⅙.
"YOU CAN'T SIT WITH US" is a 140bpm song that is way faster than her songs in the past.
In connection, she also stated that it was difficult to digest as it is a different pace. In this song, Sunmi revealed the feelings of a person who has fallen in love with her own language.
The music video features a cinematic vibe as she and her friends fought against zombies.
The album has a total of 6 songs, including "Sunny," "ONE_SIXTH," "Call," "Narcissism," and "Borderline"

"YOU CAN'T SIT WITH US" now holds the No. 1 spot. Additionally, it placed 4th in MelOn's latest 24 hits, then settled within the Top 5. It continues to rise by charting on domestic rising charts of Melon Hits, Genie, and Naver Vibe.
"YOU CAN'T SIT WITH US" also entered the Top 10 in 8 regions and Top 10 in 20 regions on the iTunes Top Album and Song Chart. It also continues rising in other regions, continuing its high popularity worldwide.
The song is now getting a positive response with a fast beat, addictive chorus and exciting choreography. In particular, the song instantly drew attention because of its movie-like teaser. It exceeded 4 million views, while the music video has now reached 6 million views.

The music video features a fun horror movie-like theme, where the audience can forget about the summer heat by putting negative emotions like anger and sadness in the song through the "Zombie" character.
In the music video, Sunmi shows a reversal visual as she holds a gun scene to fight the zombies, and she showcased action that opposes her tacky and girly styling. Even though she has showcased a lot of concepts, Sunmi is lauded as a "concept craftsman" for she perfectly executed the new one, called the "teen zombie action play."
Sunmi will perform the title song "YOU CAN'T SIT WITH US" and "Sunny" on SBS Inkigayo on August 8.
