SM Entertainment's chairman Lee Soo Man's son, Lee Hyun Kyu is currently studying abroad in the United States. It has been revealed that Lee Hyun Kyu participated in the creation og EXO's new album as a lyricist.

June 4, a representative from SM Entertainment stated, "It is true that Lee Hyun Kyu participated in the creation of the song 'Let Out the Beast' in EXO's first official album 'XOXO'. There was a good opportunity so they worked together."

Other representatives stated that Lee Hyun Kyu love music but he is currently focusing on his studies at school. A representative revealed, "He is not studying and doing music at the same time."

Meanwhile, the song "Let Out the Beast" is consists of lyrics like, "Your energy feels like it's about to explode", "Let out the beast that has been hiding inside for a long time" and "Don't miss a glance. It's a natural instinct that cannot be left hidden."
