Additionally, the episode leads directly into the premiere of the "BTS 'Permission to Dance' MV (Shorts Challenge ver.)," set to release on September 10 at exactly midnight ET.

Also in the special episode, fans can see chosen Shorts created by BTS fans around the world, featuring works from ARMY from the US, Russia, India, the United Kingdom, South Korea, and more. The "Permission to Dance" challenge began on July 23, a three-week experience for everyone that allowed them to create and share their 15-second YouTube Shorts. More importantly, the new short-form video challenge invites people to use the International Sign Language gestures for "Dance," "Joy," and "Peace," taking cues from BTS themselves who used the same signs in the official "Permission to Dance" music video as a part of their fun and inclusive choreography.

"Incorporating the International Sign gestures enabled us to spread the positive energy of our music to a wider audience that maybe we haven't reached before," BTS member J-Hope once explained in an interview with People.

In the three-week challenge, music fans across the globe were connected through the dance challenge and the upcoming "BTS 'Permission to Dance' MV (Shorts Challenge ver.)" will highlight some of the most amazing submissions - showing the power of dance and music across different communities.

"I am curious about how they will add their own tastes and touch to the 'Permission to Dance' choreography...but honestly, just watching them dance along to our song and having fun makes me really happy."  BTS member Jin once told Buzzfeed.
