As Chris Martin and the show's host, Kelly Clarkson, continued talking about BTS, the show went on to display a photo of the group.

However, instead of showing a photo of BTS, "The Kelly Clarkson Show" made a mistake of showing a photo of rookie group Blitzers, who recently made their debut back in May 2021.

Upon seeing the broadcast and the mistake, netizens took to their social media to express their disappointment and criticize the show, with many stating that simply typing "BTS" on Google search would give you numerous photos of the group.

The show was also criticized for their lack of professionalism and attention to detail, while some have also accused "The Kelly Clarkson Show" for racism and demanded the show to release an apology.

As the issue blew up, the show has since then released a simple apology for the mistake. On the show's official Twitter account, they said, "Thank you #BTSArmy. We're sorry, and we've provided our stations with the correct image."

'The Kelly Clarkson Show' Continues to Receive Criticism

However, although the show has rectified their mistake, they continue to be under heavy criticism as the new photo they have provided only had six of the BTS members, with Suga not included in the photo.
