Jo Yu Ri Surpasses 50,000 Pre-Orders for First Single Album 'GLASSY'
On October 5 KST, Jo Yu Ri's agency, Wake One Entertainment, announced that the former IZ*ONE member's first single album "GLASSY" has surpassed 50,000 album pre-orders through official music sites.
With this, Jo Yu Ri showed her potential to hit the 50,000 album pre-order mark despite this being her first official release as a solo artist since the disbandment of the "Produce 48" girl group, IZ*ONE. Expectations are rising for Jo Yu Ri's solo career, and it is expected that her album sales will see an increase as the week goes by.
In addition, Jo Yu Ri has released a variety of promotional content, including her visual photos, visual film, track list, highlight medley, and music video teaser for her upcoming title song.
Not only is Jo Yu Ri showing her amazing visuals that radiate innocence, freshness, and elegance that is reminiscent to the classic fairytale "Cinderella" in her visual photos, but she is also captivating fans' eyes and ears with her upcoming tracks that will show off her own musical color.

In particular, in her first music video teaser, Jo Yu Ri shows off her short hair transformation and is a foretelling of the different charms as a solo artist she will show in the future.
Meanwhile, her album "GLASSY" features three tracks, including its title track of the same name; "Express Moon," which is a medium-tempo track which sets a romantic mood; and, "Autumn Memories," an emotional duet with SG Wannabe's Lee Seok Hoon, which they have already released back on September 23.
The second music video teaser for the album will be released this coming October 6 KST, while "GLASSY" is set to be released through various online music platforms on October 7 at 6pm KST.

Jo Yu Ri to Appear on 'Idol Live: Cheating Trip'
In other news, Jo Yu Ri will be making an appearance on the brand new "Idol Live" content alongside her fellow former IZ*ONE members, Kang Hye Won and Lee Chae Yeon.
"Idol Live: Cheating Trip" is a spin-off of the series "Eating Trip," which will focus on inviting popular K-Pop idols as they not only indulge in delicious food, but also take part in various fun activities that they want to try.
For this season of "Cheating Trip," Jo Yu Ri planned a vacation for her IZ*ONE members in the city of Gyeongju, seeking help from the "Idol Live Travel Agency" to make the vacation possible.
"Idol Live: Cheating Trip" is set to broadcast its first episode on October 5 at 6pm KST through the U+ Idol Live platform.
