WANT Crew, where former IZ*ONE Chaeyeon belongs, unfortunately, bid their final goodbye after losing to La Chica in Mnet's "Street Woman Fighter." Amid the news, WANT's Emma's also became a hot topic for alleged violation of an exclusive contract while on the show.

On October 5, Chaeyeon and WANT Crew were eliminated from Mnet's Street Woman Fighter after losing in the Mega Crew Mission.

Amidst the sad news, WANT Emma was shockingly embroiled in an exclusive contract violation while appearing in the program.

During the October 5 episode, WANT Crew was shocked after being selected as one of the nominees for elimination.

Hyokin Choi, the leader of the crew then expressed the burdens of her responsibility, confessing that she was also on the brink of quitting prior to their Mega Crew Mission Performance.

Although the team amazingly pulled off a fiery stage, the judges such as Sang Hoon, BoA, and NCT Taeyong honestly said that their details were weaker than the other teams.

While YGX which was almost eliminated survived with 267 points WANT and La Chica fought to secure their position in the show.

When the battle between La Chica and WANT began, BoA said, "I didn't know the two teams would come up to the battle so quickly. I think everyone knows the skills of La Chica and WANT. I hope it will be a battle without regrets."

As a result of the elimination battle, La Chica lead by Gabee survived, WANT members unfortunately lose.

Lee Chaeyeon, who kept crying, still bravely said, "At first, I didn't know the names of the dancers well. I thought I was ignorant. I was overall happy to be on stage with great dancers."

Meanwhile, the top 3 crews were also determined including Holy Bang, HOOK, Prowdman ranked respectively. The team will advance to the semi-finals.

WANT Emma Embroiled in Allegations of Violating Her Exclusive Contract

Amid the news of being eliminated from Street Woman Fighter, Emma, a dancer, and member of WANT Crew was sued by her agency for violating a contract.

Emma's agency, Dread Alliance, said on October 5, "We signed an exclusive contract with Emma as a trainee, and she was preparing to debut as a member of a girl group in January 2022 in collaboration with our and cooperative entertainment through a training period, and she left after unilateral notification."

They added, "We have also confirmed violations of contracts in the current 'Street Woman Fighter' such as bilateral contracts, unarranged backup dancer activities, other agency activities, and dignity as idol debut groups."

The Dread Alliance said, "Emma has been causing frequent problems unlike the group members, but she violated various provisions of the exclusive contract and has not responded to requests for correction. Emma has affected the project's progress and the members preparing to debut in the same group."

The company explained that Emma caused so much trouble that affected not only the agency but as well as her supposed-to-be co-members in an upcoming girl group. Due to this, Dread Alliance proceeded to file a lawsuit against the professional dancer.

WANT Emma is yet to respond against these claims.
