"We are still going strong."

Girl's Day member Hyeri, better known as Tony An's girlfriend in recent months, clarified that she and the former H.O.T member are still involved in a healthy romantic relationship.

On June 5, Hyeri shared through her management company, "The two of us have been extremely busy since the news broke out. Though we do not get to see each other a lot, we have been talking on the phone and keeping each other's company via texts. We are together."

Hyeri's management company stated that although Hyeri has mixed feelings about being viewed as Tony An's girl, she has been tough through it all. Also, they added, she has been very cautious with every little thing due to the realization people are watching her every move.

Another associate stated, "Hyeri did gain a lot of popularity since the news, but as far as individual events go, nothing has changed. But the team overall has benefited as we have been doing a lot more performance. Just last month, we attended over 40 events including college festivals. So, in a way, the news of Tony An and Hyeri became a huge plus for us."

Regarding the sudden rise in popularity, he added, "Coming back with a good song like 'Expect' that has catchy dance moves like the 'suspender dance' provided the perfect grounds for Girl's Day to blossom. The news of Hyeri's romance ended up working as a good platform as well."
