Kim Soo Hyun, who is now starring in the new film “Secretly and Greatly,” showed his cute aegyo with the “gwiyomi” song on June 6.

During the press conference for “Secretly, Greatly” in May, Kim Soo Hyun had previously promised fans that he would do the cute “gwiyomi” song if over 1 million viewers watched his new movie.

“Secretly, Greatly” hit theaters on June 5, and by noontime on June 6, the next day, over 1 million viewers had seen the film. “Secretly, Greatly,” which stars Kim Soo Hyun, Park Ki Woong, Lee Hyun Woo, and Son Hyun Joo, became the fastest film in Korean cinema history to have 1 million viewers.

Kim Soo Hyun, along with co-stars Park Ki Woong and Lee Hyun Woo, visited several theaters in Korea to greet the audience on June 6. When Kim Soo Hyun heard the news that over 1 million have watched the film, Kim Soo Hyun gave in and did the “gwiyomi” song.

Kim Soo Hyun seemed to be thoroughly embarrassed and kept saying that he didn’t know the song.

Kim Soo Hyun rose to fame with the hit drama “The Moon That Embraces The Sun” last year, and he also appeared on the big screen with “The Thieves.”

"Secretly, Greatly" is a comedy/drama film based on the 2010 spy webtoon series called "Covertness." Kim Soo Hyun, Park Ki Woong, and Lee Hyun Woo will be playing North Korean spies.
