With Psy's performance of "Gentleman" at Much Music Video Awards in Canada on June 17, he has concluded his official promotion of the song.

Prior to going on stage, Psy tweeted, "It's gonna be the official final performance of 'Gentleman' on TV. I can't say I've been the best BUT I CAN say I've done my BEST!"

But it does not mean that Psy is completely done singing "Gentleman" on stage. The official promotion is finished, but he still has scheduled performances at local events in Asia.

With his busy travels now behind him, Psy is expected to begin working on a new song. An associate close to Psy commented, "I think he will get working on his new album starting in July or so."

At MMVA, Psy received International Viral Video of the Year with "Gangnam Style." He also co-hosted the ceremony and put on two performances on stage, "Gangnam Style" and "Gentleman."
