Charlize Theron’s ex-boyfriend Stuart Townsend might not like it, but Robin Byrd says she’d love the Australian beauty to play her in a new movie. Charlize Theron and Stuart Townsend reportedly had a recent secret split up caused by cuddly pictures of Charlize Theron with Keanu Reeves.

Robin Byrd is a late-night icon in Manhattan. She hosts a public access show that features strippers, prostitutes and other sex workers. Byrd wants Theron to play her in a movie that is moving into development. There are no hard plans in the works for the film, but Byrd said that Charlize Theron would be dream casting.

Robin said “I want my movie to come out! Robin Byrd: The Movie, there’s a script floating around.” She would cast Charlize Theron, or I actually like Kristin Chenoweth, because my movie is a musical.”

Byrd, 56, has hosted the racy and frolicking “The Robin Byrd Show” since 1977. Byrd usually wears a black crochet bikini and white nail polish. She interviews adult film stars and prostitutes. Strippers get a chance to perform and Byrd ends most of the episodes with fun, onscreen sexplay. Cheri Oteri played Robin Byrd on Saturday Night Live in several 1990s parody skits.

Though Theron is the first choice, the odds are not in favor of Charlize Theron actually signing on to play the blonde public access beauty. Theron adopted a son, Jackson, in 2012 and has been laying low while she’s been raising him. Charlize Theron told Vogue UK that Jackson is “coolest kid ever. “I’ve always known I wanted a family. I don’t think my mom could wait anymore!”
