Baseball Wives Star Anna Benson estranged wife of Kris Benson was arrested Monday morning after allegedly breaking into Benson's apartment wearing a bulletproof vest and threatening him with a gun and metal baton.

Anna Benson allegedly barged into her husband's apartment Sunday night and ordered him to give her money after she was forced by the court to vacate the couple's marital home.

Anna Benson was booked into jail on Monday morning on four counts, including felony aggravated assault with a weapon, criminal trespassing and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

According to the Daily Mail, Anna Benson became famous through the show Baseball Wives.  Baseball Wives was a 2011 reality show on VHI which was only on for one season.  Her husband Kris Benson is a former pitcher for the New York Mets from 1999-2010.

In an interview, Anna Benson admitted that she had "quite a temper", saying this of her husband: "By the time he retires, who knows, we might hate each other,' she said, 'The first three years, we wanted each other to die. Deep down, I was probably resentful of him leaving so much, but that was stupid. I didn't fully understand how much he was going to be gone."

In a divorce filing from 2012, Anna accused her husband of cheating, saying she found racy messages between him and one of her friends on Facebook.

The Bensons have three kids together.
