Zac Efron’s dating life maybe silent since he last split with fellow “At Any Price” star Maika Monroe, but the young Hollywood hunk’s career is still on an upward swing.

The Latino Review is linking the “High School Musical” breakout discovery to the new Disney and J.J. Abrams project, “Star Wars: Episode VII.”

According to Review writer Kellvin Chavez, an insider has informed him that two names have been thrown around a lot amongst the film’s influencers. Those two names are Zac Efron and Ryan Gosling.

As for the role of Zac, nothing specific was discussed. He could be a Solo kid, noted the blogger.

If the speculations are true, Zac Efron will be back to his old employer, the Walt Disney Company, who gave him the platform to become the superstar that he is today.

While all of the Stars Wars Episode 7 rumors are just that, enthusiasts of the sci-fi franchise are expecting a concrete announcement about Episode VII developments from the D23 expo, which will take place next month.

Star Wars Episode 7 has a 2015 release date and will be shot at the Pinewood Studios in the U.K.

Cliché Dating Model

Zac Efron’s dating model for the year 2013 is steep in cliché, so far. He has followed the usual route of Hollywood actors hooking up with their sexy co-stars. The Hollywood hunk most recently dated Maika Monroe, a fellow cast member from “At Any Price.”

According to a source, it was more than enough to tell how hard they feel for each other. During the event the pair was seen moving along throughout the function in a lovely and flirty manner.

The match seems to be perfect with the hunky Zac Efron shacking with the sexy blonde Maika. But like most Hollywood love stories, there is an end. The young couple have already broken up and that Maika is now reportedly dating "Twilight" hunk, Taylor Lautner.
