Each member of f(x) has expressed different scent preferences in a man, such as 'a man with his own scent,' and 'a fragrant man.'

On the morning of August 1, f(x) starred on MBC Radio 'Shingdong's Shim Shim Tapa.' They were asked to give the most detailed descriptions of their ideal men, and each one of the members shared the man they've been dreaming of their whole life.

Krystal said she wants 'a man who looks good in wide-frame glasses, who can pull of a white shirt and jeans, who looks good with black hair, who is fun to be with, and a man with a unique scent.' Victoria answered, 'a tall man who doesn't smoke, who is clean and looks good in white, who has a nose that is just high enough, who has big hands and looks masculine, who isn't too good looking, who has his own scent, and a man who has a nice muscular build.'

Luna then answered, 'a man who looks as sexy as if he's been tanning, who has manly charm and lightly tanned skin with plump lips, a man who can pull of sweats very well, who has straight hair and has a toned body.' Sulli said, 'a man who is dependable, who isn't overly charming, who will listen to everything I have to say, who will stay by my side, who has straight hair, who dresses modestly, who has big hands and feet, a fragrant man who is sexy and confident and open-minded.'

Shindong replied to the members jokingly, saying, 'I wasn't really asking for an answer that was this detailed, but you guys really gave me your all. Sulli seems to have picked someone like her father as her ideal man. Each one of you seems to be sensitive to the scent of a man. But an ideal man is only just that - an ideal. When you really start to meet people, ideals change.'

On July 29, f(x) released their second album 'Pink Tape,' and is in the top spot on various music charts.
