Right before her trip to Ibiza, Paris Hilton had a farewell house party that a group of girls crashed in an attempt to duplicate the real-life "Bling Ring" robberies. Unfortunately, for the copycats, it ended in an epic fail.




The going away party occurred last weekend at Ms. Hilton's Malibu beach house to celebrate her Ibiza DJ business vacation.




According to TMZ, sources said the gang of thieving gals slipped into Paris' room and engaged in a pursuit to steal bikinis, PH handbags, and framed pictures.




Supposedly when the delinquents were witnessed in the act they totally freaked out and collectively proceeded to make their exit.




Upon their evacuation from the Malibu home, they managed to lose all their booty by dropping it during their escape.




With the bandits long gone, valet later discovered Paris' stolen belongings down the round from the beach house and left them in the possession of police officials. The items were eventually picked up by the socialite's driver. As of now, no charges have been filed.




During the release of the "Bling Ring" movie, director Sofia Coppola's interpretation of the cluster of robberies Nick Prugo and his crew were responsible for back in 2009, Paris was asked whether she still held any resentment toward the accused.




"I don't know what I'd do if I saw them. I'm not a confrontational person," said Hilton. "But I would literally be like, 'You guys need serious help. And I want my stuff back.'"




A couple months ago, TMZ caught up with Nick, the leader of the original "Bling Ring" burglars. After just finishing his prison sentence in April, the convicted believes he paid his dues.




"I returned over a million dollars of her stuff, I don't know what else to give," said Prugo. "I think for the most part they got a lot of their stuff back, but there still some stuff that can't be replaced."
