In her interview for the September cover of W magazine, model Cara Delevingne admitted to calling on her friend Rihanna to help her get through those lonely nights.

On a recent quick getaway to Greece with her sister, the Burberry model felt a lonely void creeping over her during the Mediterranean stay.

"I was just on holiday for three days in Greece with my sister, and I thought that would make me happy and relaxed. But when I stop everything, it’s really bad," said Delevingne. "I go crazy. In Greece, it was a lot of couples, and I felt alone, which made me sad."

This is a prime example when she contacts her bad gal pal RiRi to assist her in finding a way to end that unpleasant feeling.

"I called Rihanna." said the stunner who just turned 21 on Monday. "She said 'It's easy to drown yourself in work. That's a form of escapism. So, if you're alone and you want to cry, cry.'"

Cara said she took the advice of the Bajan songstress that she has grown to love. Unfortunately, by that time the vacation was over.

Rihanna may not be around just to keep the British catwalker emotionally grounded. In an Instagram post last month, Delevingne credited the "Diamonds" vocalist for helping maintain a comfy buttocks.

"Thank you my boo @badgalriri for always making me smile and of course for keeping my bum cheek warm," posted the bushy eyebrow beauty.

Cara, who also has a close relationship to singer Rita Ora, additionally recalled how veteran model Kate Moss stood by her side one time during her continuing battle with her psoriasis skin condition.
