Big Bang's Seungri confessed, 'In the end, my music is Big Bang's music' before his solo comeback.

On August 12, Seungri uploaded an announcement on his Facebook page about his upcoming second solo mini album 'Let's Talk About Love' release on August 19. He said, 'To give a short introduction, all of the songs in this album have been composed and written by me, but in the end it is Big Bang's music.

He said, 'For the past 8 years I've grown up listening to Big Bang's music produced by G-Dragon. I've been greatly influenced by him and have learned a lot. I learned a lot from the other members as well. I wanted to take everything I gained and pour it into this album.'

In this Facebook post, Seungri also made a confession about his feelings before announcing his second mini album. He said he had lost courage, and even contemplated dropping everything and going a different route. He said, 'As I considered all the members of the team who were so talented, I felt unworthy and thought about pursuing something other than music. One year ago, when I came back from working in Japan, YG's president Yang Hyun Suk proposed a meeting. Yang Hyun Suk, who mentored me as a CEO and as a teacher, said he had great expectations for my music. As a young kid who liked to paint the town red, I would often eat and drink and play with my friends. He asked me to pour that energy into my music. My heart wanted to explode, and I was so embarrassed.'

He continued, 'In the end, I created music, and was able to release the album because President Yang was greatly satisfied with my work. As the youngest member of the team, I longed to make an album that wouldn't embarrass the older members of Big Bang. Even though it hasn't been released yet, this album has already changed me, and I expect to transform even more through its release. I'm going to make up for all the mistakes I've made until now. For my hard-working staff. For my team. For my loving fans. For myself.'

Seungri will release his second mini album 'Let's Talk about Love' on August 19, which will include six songs not including the bonus track, with his title song 'I Have Something to Say.'
