Big Bang Seungri’s Song ‘GG BE’ is Based on His Past Lover??

With just a few days until his comeback, Seungri gave some insight into his song "GG BE." He said, "This song is about a girl from my past who would lie every time she opened her mouth."

On August 14, Big Bang's Seungri gave an intro to his second mini album song "GG BE." He said, "This song is blatantly about me. It's not just women who are deceived by men, but men are scammed by women as well."

Seungri confessed, "The girl I used to meet would tell lies every time she opened her mouth, and every moment I found out about her lies I was shocked. Those lies made us both tired and act cold to each other. Because I knew she was just waiting for me to break up with her, I felt angry and miserable. I poured all the hurt I received and anger I felt into this song."

He went on to say, "The intro piano in this song makes you feel despair and anger. Because I needed someone to counter the man's unilateral attack, I asked YG's secret weapon girl group member Jennie Kim to sing the bridge. This is my last word to that girl who lied to me. You'll get what you deserve. Listen to this song and pull yourself together," and gave a final warning to the girl of his past.

For his first mini album in 2011, Seungri produced and wrote six of the seven songs. But he's taken it one step further by composing and producing all the songs in his second album.

His album will be released via online music sites on August 19, and will be available on and offline nationwide on August 21.
