In remembrance of Independence Day, many idols made meaningful messages online, catching much attention.

miss A's member Suzy posted on her Twitter, "Today is Independence Day. Let's remember the meaning of this day once again."

2AM's Jokwon also wrote, "My house has a Taegeukgi too. Today is Independence Day" and 4minute's Gwon Sohyun wrote, "8.15 Independence Day" along with a picture of the Taegeukgi (Korean national flag).

Baek Ah Yeon said, "Today is Independence Day! It is our 68th Independence Day. If you click the link below, the donations go to comfort women elders so please participate!"
