G-Dragon, GD is for 'Good Deeds', Donates ~$73K USD to Charity in Celebration of 26th Birthdday

Big Bang's G-Dragon  celebrated his 26th birthday (in Korean age) today.  First, he released a teaser for his most awaited second album 'Coup d'état'. Secondly, and probably more importantly, he shows his good heart by doing a good deed to celebrate his birthday.

G-Dragon donated a whooping 818MM won which is equivalent to roughly $73K USD to Seungil Hope Foundation, a rehabilitation hospital for those 

G-Dragon donates a whooping 81800000 won equivalent to $73,000USD which symbolizes the date of his birthday and chooses Seungil Hope Foundation for to help in the rehabilitating the hospital for Lou Gehrig's disease.

YG Entertainment gave their statement about G-Dragon's donation to his fans for their love and overwhelming support over the years. In response, his fans followed his lead, donating the same amount to the same charity and on his name also.

G-Dragon is holding an encore, a solo concert for his solo world tour 'One of a Kind: The Final' it is set on August 31st and September 1st.
