Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Release Date: Big Screen Smartphone With 5.68-Inch Full HD Display To Be Launched On September 4

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 release date is an event well tracked in the tech rumor mills, as it’s the follow-up to the bestselling Note 2. Rumors have proposed that the big screen smartphone from the South Korean tech giant is expected to debut in the markets on September 4.

Samsung has not officially claimed that they will be releasing the smartphone on the said date, reported States Chronicles. But the company is giving enough hints of what to expect on September 4 at an official Samsung event. It will take place a mere two days before the IFA consumer electronics show in Berlin.

There has been no shortage of rumors and speculations on what the device will carry. Expected specs for the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 are a 5.68 inch full HD display that will have a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The dimensions of the new tablet will be similar to the Note 2, but it will still have a larger display. Two variants of the expected Note 3 will be available, one is powered by a 1.8GHz Octa-core Exynos 5420 processor, while the CPU of the other variant is still unknown.

The camera for the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has 13 MP with an optical image optimization feature that will allow for better quality images. Since the release of the Android Jelly Bean 4.3, the Note 3 is expected to have the latest software by Google.

States Chronicles noted that the upcoming handset will come with a 3200mAh battery to allow for longer run times.

According to Gotta Be Mobile, the Galaxy Note 3 release date rumors are concentrated for the international release, which usually happens in advance of a U.S. carrier launch. The reference, however, is useful to known what to expect in the U.S.

SamMobile, which accurately predicted the release of the Samsung Galaxy S4 a month ahead of the launch date, says that the smartphone will start shipping around week 36 of this year. In the event that this happens, this will put the Galaxy Note 3 on store shelves ahead of the iPhone 5S and HTC One Max.
