The MTV VMAs ‘NSYNC reunion tonight will be a one-time only performance when Justin Timberlake is joined on the stage at Brooklyn’s new Barclay Center by his former ‘NSYNC bandmates JC Chasez, Lance Bass, Joey Fatone, and Chris Kirkpatrick.

According to Us Weekly, when ‘NSYNC reunites tonight on the MTV VMAs 2013 they are set to play their biggest hit single “Bye Bye Bye” from their “No String Attached” album from 2000.

A source told Us Weekly “They will reenact some of their greatest videos in a medley. Then Justin will sing his new song ‘Take Back the Night’ and get his [Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award].”

NSYNC is still getting their final MTV VMAs 2013 setlist together but they have been rehearsing in New York City.

The last time ‘NSYNC performed together was at the 2003 Grammy Awards.

The NSYNC Reunion at the MTV VMAs 2013 was confirmed by Joey Fatone’s dad. Joe Fatone Sr. told Radar Online, “They’re doing a performance. I think it’s exciting. They’re doing a performance. I couldn’t even say why he’s doing it though. Why, at this point in his life. Now he’s his own man. But it’s more to the fact that MTV has made them all somewhat of stars, and also made Justin a star.”

At first Joey Fatone, Jr. denied the reunion reports when he was asked at JFK airport in New York City on Aug. 22.
