Block B To Get Fresh Start With Their Own Label, Seven Seasons

Block B is ready to put their legal woes behind them.

On August 29 a new agency, Seven Seasons, issued a press release announcing that Block B had officially left Stardom Entertainment and that all the members' contracts had been transfered to the new company.

"After about two months of negotiations, results that satisfy all parties have been carried out," said Seven Seasons. "We won't be holding back on supporting Block B during their activities."

Stardom Entertainment also issued a statement on the matter saying, "The members and the company are very satisfied with the results and we will continue to support Block B in the future."

Additionally, Seven Seasons explained that they would not be releasing the full details of the negotiations between the two companies due to the sensitive legal issues concerning the group and their former label.

"We are going to do our best for Block B, who went through hard times, so that they may successfully come back to the music scene again," an official with Seven Seasons was reported to have said.

In January, Block B sued Stardom Entertainment for a nullification of their contracts claiming the label had not paid them since 2011 and that the former CEO had run off with the money collected from the members' families.

Two months ago the courts dismissed the case and since then the group has been in negotiations to come up with an agreement that would satisfy both parties.

While few details are known about the nature of the new agency, it was revealed through OSEN that Seven Seasons was formed specifically for Block B and that the company's name reflects the seven members of the group.

The new company also expressed their gratitude to Block B fans who stuck by the group through their difficult ordeal.

Now that the matter has been settled, the group is looking forward to making their long overdue comeback in the near future.
