Even though friendships between female characters are few and far between in kdramas, the actresses who star in them manage to make a few friends along the way.

A good example is Lee Bo Young who seems to have a few fellow kdrama actresses for girlfriends. She recently asked one of her closest friends, actress, composer, author and director Gu Hye Sun to sing at her wedding.

Although Gu wrote her song "It's You," before Lee announced her marriage to fellow actor Ji Sung, she recently said that the song was destined to be sung at her friend's wedding.

The actresses have known each other since they worked together in the 2005 SBS drama "The Ballad of Seo Dong." Lee Bo Young played Princess Seon Hwa, while Gu Hye Sun played Eun Jin.
