The Cast Of 'WIN: Who Is Next?' Pulls An All-Nighter To Perform 'Crooked' With G-Dragon On 'M!Countdown' [VIDEO]

It turns out the demands of YG Entertainment CEO Yang Hyun Suk are nothing compared to those of Big Bang frontman G-Dragon.

In order to perform on Thursday's episode of the music performance program "M!Countdown," the 11 contestants of Yang's reality show "WIN: Who Is Next," pulled an all-nighter as they struggled to learn the dance moves for G-Dragon's new song "Crooked" within 24 hours.

"Due to it being a sudden request, they only had one day to practice, so they practiced continuously without sleep and stood on stage," a YG Entertainment spokesperson told the website allkpop.

Following the pre-taped "M!Countdown" performance of "Crooked" G-Dragon was satisfied enough with the K-pop stars in training to take them all out for dinner.

"Even though the pre-recording for 'Crooked' took until 2 a.m. and G-Dragon himself has had no time to rest since his solo concert, he still treated the 11 trainees to a late dinner despite being exhausted, showing his special love for [his juniors]," the spokesperson said.

In addition to "Crooked" G-Dragon also performed his new solo releases "Coup d'Etat" and "Black."

A press release posted on the YG Entertainment website on Thursday, called the variety of material G-Dragon is performing on South Korean television a bold move by the artist.

"G-Dragon is revealing five of the songs from his album on television programs," the record label release stated.

"This is quite different to what other artists do, who normally focus on promoting only their title songs. [He] is drawing much attention with his unique promotion."

"World-renowned media in the US and the UK are extolling [G-Dragon] for being an icon that 'represents Asia,'" the press release added.

WIN: Who Is Next?, which airs on the networks Mnet and tvN, features two teams of aspiring male performers facing off to win votes from viewers, as they compete for the chance to become a YG Entertainment boy band member.

G-Dragon, whose new double-album "Coup D'etat" is tearing up the charts in several countries, has said that "Win: Who Is Next?" looks like "a real battlefield."

"G-Dragon recently expressed to the agency his interest in the contestants of 'WIN' featuring on stage with him for his new single," a YG Entertainment executive representing G-Dragon told Star News last week.

But for any conspiracy theorists that believe G-Dragon was muscled into extending the offer by his record label, the anonymous YG exec said the idea took everyone at the label by surprise.

"We were also surprised by G-Dragon's special love for [the contestants]," the YG rep said.

The Big Bang rapper's song Let's Shake The World" is currently used in the opening credits of "WIN: Who Is Next?"
