Miley Cyrus stars in the 23 video for a collaborative song with producer and rumored new boyfriend Mike WILL Made it and rappers Wiz Khalifa and Juicy J.
It's time for a new Miley Cyrus controversy!  Miley Cyrus has drawn a lot of attention to her new look lately with the video for Wrecking Ball and her infamous MTV VMA twerking performance.  Now she has another raunchy video for the song 23, a collaboration with other musicians Mike WILL Made It, Wiz Khalifa, and Juicy J.
In the 23 video, Miley Cyrus smokes a cigarette and straddles a basketball hoop while holding a glittery silver basketball.  
Miley Cyrus also raps in the 23 video, saying: "I'm in the club, high off purp with some shades on.  Tatted up, miniskirt and my J's on. I back it up 'cause I don't give a f**k. If you a lame that's a shame you can't hang with us."

According to Rap Genius, the "Purp" in the Miley Cyrus 23 video refers to the drug "Purple Drank", a syrupy concoction including codeine cough medication.  Codeine is a form of opiate and can be addictive.  Other hip hop artists such as Lil Wayne, Waka Flocka Flame, and Eminem have either rapped about Purple Drank or acknowledged using it, but it's a strange turn for former Disney star Miley Cyrus to openly acknowledge drug use - although she did cause a stir with her MDMA Molly reference in We Can't Stop.
Miley Cyrus 23 video is a collaboration with other artists including Mike WILL Made It - who has been a source of boyfriend speculation.  Ever since Miley Cyrus broke up with Liam Hemsworth, speculation about a new boyfriend has been around, and due to shots where the two were posed in each others' arms that have circulated, people think the new Miley Cyrus boyfriend could be Mike WILL Made It.  He is a producer on her new album Bangerz, so they have been working closely together for a while.
