Suzanne Somers has a message for Miley Cyrus, sex doesn't end at 40. Suzanne Somers does it all the time and is a strong advocate for sex as a health perk.

Suzanne Somers loved Miley Cyrus VMAs 2013 performance, saying "She's having fun. I'm actually admiring what she's doing. I think it's brilliant marketing."

On Oct. 9, Suzanne Somers told Access Hollywood Live that Miley Cyrus' belief that sex ends after 40 is inaccurate. Suzanne Somers, the 66-year-old author of "I'm Too Young For This!" says she has sex twice a day, and three times a day on weekends.

So, Miley Cyrus, don't call until Monday because the former "Three's Company" star and her husband will be having "three-fers."

Suzanne Somers told Access Hollywood Live's Billy Bush and Kit Hoover, "That would be a Saturday or a Sunday when we're just hanging around." Suzanne calls them "three-fers" and isn't exaggerating, "I swear to God!" she says.

Suzanne Somers and Alan Hamel have been married for 36 years. Suzanne's husband is 77 years old, a the two advocate bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. Suzanne says "He's on hormones, I'm on hormones. A healthy person is a sexual person. I mean, think about it - if you're sick and don't feel well, you're not in the mood for sex."

Suzanne Somers says that Miley Cyrus will get it as she gets older, saying "She's just young. She doesn't get it. I remember when I thought 40 [was] so old you don't do anything anymore."

Suzanne Somers said Miley Cyrus VMAs 2013 performance is all about brand recognition, "Her brand is drugs, sex, rock 'n' roll - that's where she wants to go. All this attention has raised her ticket price so high, she's making so much money! Somebody plotted this out, and she's willing to take the flak."
