Henry Cavill Girlfriend 2013: Superman & ‘Fifty Shades Of Grey’ Contender Seen In A Romantic Dinner With Ex Gina Carano

Henry Cavill girlfriend 2013: After Christian Hunnam officially dropped out from his role as Christian Grey in the highly anticipated flick, Henry Cavill is floated as an easy contender. But aside from the fantasies of Henry playing the dashing businessman in the film, it was his romantic dinner with ex-girlfriend Gina Carano that caught everyone’s attention.

The handsome “Man of Steel” star was spotted having dinner with his ex-girlfriend, Gina Carano, in Rome, Italy earlier this week.

The 30-year-old actor was in town filming “The Man From U.N.C.L.E” with director Guy Ritchie at the ancient city, reported the Daily Mail. It looks like he took a break from a hectic schedule to spend sometime with his reportedly former love interest.

Henry Cavill was seen donning a white linen shirt with indigo blue jeans and brown brogues. As the Daily Mail wrote, the man who played Superman looked the epitome of smart/casual. His date, Gina, on the other hand, was seen wearing a semi-sheer green jumper over a black bra top and leather-effect leggings. She was also seen wearing little make-up.

The two were seen seated outside a romantic restaurant, sharing a bottle of red wine, looking happy and relaxed in each other’s company. Snapshots of the pair’s outing show two of them exchanging joyous gazes. They were also seen leaving together.

Henry Cavill is deemed one of Hollywood’s most eligible bachelors since he and Carano separated and his brief fling with Kaley Cuoco ended. Entertainment reporters have floated though that Henry’s work schedule is what’s keeping the international heartthrob from having time for a relationship.

The “Man of Steel” actor is starring alongside Armie Hammer and Hugh Grant in U.N.C.L.E – which has been described as a high point of his career to date, according to the Daily Mail.

In the modern-day re-make of the classic television series, Henry plays the role of Napoleon Solo. The British actor replaced Tom Cruise who was originally attached to the role but backed out due to another Mission Impossible franchise he needs to film.

In the a version that was supposed to be directed by Steven Soderbergh, George Clooney was thought to be in line to play Napoleon Solo, but a 2011 back injury may not fit George for such an action-packed role.

Other actors who was floated as possible lead by Soderbergh was Channing Tatum, Bradley Cooper, Ryan Gosling, Michael Fassbender and star of “The Killing” series, Joel Kinnaman. The “Magic Mike” director, however, abandoned the project and Warner Bros signed up Guy Ritchie for the project.

Guy signed up Henry Cavill coming fro the recent success of his work as Superman in Zack Snyder’s “Man of Steel.” His co-star, Armie Hammer, was also the star of another summer 2013 blockbuster, “The Lone Ranger.”

The Daily Mail said that the film looks set to cement the two actor’s rising star power when it hits cinemas next year.
