Actor Seo In Guk spoke about his hardships during the filming of the TV Drama "Love Rain".

He began by addressing his humble acting beginnings, saying, "It's really difficult to transition from a singer to an actor."

Seo In Guk was the 1st winner of the popular audition program, Superstar K. He had a robust singing career since then. Last year, he began his career as an actor, taking a role in "Love Rain", a TV Drama on KBS. Since then, he has been featured on numerous popular TV Dramas including "Reply 1997" and "Son and Children", establishing himself as a popular actor.

He spoke further about his first experiences in acting, saying, "When I received the script it was all in Seoul language; what I mean is that I had a thicker accent to my Korean, being from the country. I inserted that accent into the character during the script reading, which was well received by the director. I wanted to portray the character perfectly so I gained 20 pounds of weight and grew my hair out. I also began to wear glasses."

"'Love Rain' was an opportunity that I didn't want to miss. Plus, it was fun when the director complimented me."

Seo In Guk acts alongside Girls' Generation star Yuri and actor Lee Jong Suk in the upcoming movie "No Breathing". "No Breathing" is about two boys who compete for the top national swimming record while simultaneously chasing their love interest.
