November is a special month for Big Bang's TOP. He celebrates his birthday, "The Commitment" movie opening, and announces his solo comeback!

TOP celebrated his 27th birthday on November 4th. His agency YG Entertainment uploaded a photo of TOP onto its official blog, along with the words, "HAPPY BIRTHDAY T.O.P" in celebration of this idol star's birthday. In addition to the agency's celebratory message, netizens greeted TOP with a happy note on his Twitter.

TOP's birthday is even more special this year because he also gets to celebrate the opening of the movie "The Commitment," which is scheduled for release on the 6th. Not only that, he expects to release his new solo song this month as well. Even before its release, "The Commitment" is recording 28.9% sales, and is expected to rank number 1.

TOP is currently preparing for his new solo song release in mid-November. Following his "Turn It Up" song in June of 2010, this would be TOP's first solo song in 3 years. It's been reported that his blockbuster music video cost several tens of thousands of dollars, and fans are eagerly awaiting its release.
