You get what you pay for no matter where you are. A man in China sued his wife for giving him an ugly kid. And he won. The courts awarded him $120,000 in damages.

That’s about as much as his wife spent to win him.

Jian Feng from Northern China divorced his wife after she had a baby that he thought was “incredibly ugly.” Feng claimed his wife tricked him into marrying him by making him think she was beautiful, when she was really ugly.

Feng told gossipwelove.com "I married my wife out of love, but as soon as we had our first daughter, we began having marital issues. Our daughter was incredibly ugly, to the point where it horrified me."

At first Feng thought his wife had cheated on him, because a baby like that had to have a different daddy. But no, Feng’s wife wasn’t guilty of infidelity. He was guilty of false advertising.

Feng's wife spent more than $100,000 in plastic surgery to change her looks.

So, Feng took her to court and won $120,000.

Most people on Facebook agree. One man wrote “When you are in a true relationship, you tell your spouse everything. Past present and future – if not, then you don't respect them.”

A woman also agreed “Of course I would – if you start a relationship with a lie, where does it end?”
