More future K-pop stars are being ready to grow.

A new audition program is adding buzz following the footsteps of their predecessor 'Super Star K,' 'The Great Birth,' and 'K-Pop Stars.'

'The Voice of Korea' was first aired on February 10 following the same format as popular audition program 'The Voice of America.'

Because of its unique concept of blind audition where four judges evaluate the constant while they stand facing their back to the contestants, it adds an interesting flare for the viewers as they are able to see the whole process, how the judges react once they select a contestant to continue on revealing their identity.

Looking at the audition program itself this concept has more meaning than the simple fact of the judges not seeing the contestants. Since the contestant are judged by their vocals only, not by performances or appearance, all the viewers are more focused on the singing itself which draws in better quality of musicianship.

As audition programs evolve with new ideas and system,  the contestants seems to be more talented than ever as shown in United states with 'American Idol' and some others. As the continuation of these audition programs take place it sets a stronger base for more K-pop stars to be trained and cross over to the next generations of K-Pop to the world.
