Jay Park's first official full album was released on the 10th of February. The album was titled "New Breed".

Over 80% of the album "New Breed" was written and produced by Jay Park himself. The album consists of 15 songs of different genres. Jay Park gained an incredible amount of attention after collaborating with Justin Timberlake's producer, Rob Knox and Dynamic Duo.

As soon as the album was released, his album topped the charts in Korea as well as appearing in the Billboards World Albums Chart! Jay Park's global popularity was proven to be very high.

Jay Park won first place on the show "Music Bank" with his title song "Know Your Name" on the 24th of February.
