SHINee’s ‘Sherlock’ #8 US iTunes and More Worldwide

The five member idol group SHINee’s comeback has attracted the attention of fans all over the world.

SHINee released their fourth mini-album digitally on March 19 at the same time worldwide and is already making waves not only in Korea music charts but also abroad through iTunes chart.

SHINee’s new album has garnered worldwide interest such as in America, Canada, Britain and France.

The album managed to break the Top 10 on iTunes’ Album Chart with only having been released for few hours.

SHINee is at number 8 on US iTunes Album Chart. This is significant that it isn’t in the R&B, Hip-Hop a sub-genre charts that other Korean singers have already entered but in the comprehensive chart. SHINee signaled their successful comeback topping other countries iTunes chart such as Mexico, Denmark, and Sweden.

The group topped Japan comprehensive iTunes Album chart while placing 8 on Sweden, 10 spot on Mexico, 9 spot on Canada announcing their entry. Also ranked in Norway, Britain and Italy, SHINee has begun its comeback with the support of fans all around the world.

It has also swept the Korea music charts as well. The album will hit stores offline on March 21.

SHINee’s Korea comeback has been long awaited as it’s been a year and five months since the release of ‘Hello’ on September, 2010. SHINee has been concentrating on overseas activities in Asia including Japan as well as New York, London, Paris, Moscow, and Sydney.

The title song ‘Sherlock’ a hybrid remix has a unique and distinctive style with a dance routine by world-renowned choreographer Tony Testa.

SHINee will have their comeback stage starting from March 22 on ‘M! Countdown.’
