Kylie Minogue and Will.i.am Join 'The Voice Australia'; Kylie Will Be Pitted Against Her Sister, Dannii Minogue

Kylie Minogue and Will.i.am have signed on to appear in the next season of "The Voice Australia." Kylie Minogue and Will.i.am, who coach on "The Voice UK" join a growing number of international artists who will judge talent on Australia's competition shows.

The new "The Voice Australia" lineup will pit sisters Kylie and Dannii Minogue against each other on competing 2014 talent shows. Dannii is expected to rejoin "X Factor Australia." Dannii recently moved from "Australia's Got Talent" to "X Factor Australia." Dannii Minugue coached Dami Im, who won the competition. Kylie Minugue mentored her sister Dannii on the show.

On Tuesday, the Nine Network Nine Network announced that original coaches, Seal and Delta Goodrem, won't be returning in 2014 won't be returning for the third season of "The Voice Australia." The popular competition series will add "The Voice UK" coaches, Will.i.am and Kylie Minogue. The will join returning judges Ricky Martin and Joel Madden, who is the only original coach left on the show. Rick Martin replaced Keith Urban earlier this year.

Will.i.am said "It is an honor to join The Voice Australia as a coach working alongside Kylie Minogue, Ricky Martin and Joel Madden. Australia is a highly creative country and a place with many good memories that have shaped my music career. Australia is one of the first countries where The Black Eyed Peas enjoyed international success, selling out many performances, and the place where I discovered electronic dance music. Having worked with both Kylie Minogue and Ricky Martin on past music projects, it will be fun to collaborate with them on the show."

Will.i.am also recently announced that he will return to "The Voice U.K." Kylie Minogue recently signed on with Jay-Z's Roc Nation

Seal released a statement saying he was exiting "The Voice Australia" to concentrate on a his new album. Seal is also lining up other TV appearances. Seals said "I wish all the coaches and contestants well. To my Australian fans, sorry to not be back for this upcoming season, but I wanted this window of time to focus on a number of exciting career priorities -- a new album, a TV and internet project and, most importantly, precious time with my children." Seal coached Karise Eden and Harrison Craig, who won in the show's first two seasons.

Delta Goodrem, an Australian singer, won't be completely exiting "The Voice Australia." It was announced that Goodrem and Joel Madden will be the first two coaches for "The Voice Kids." "The Voice Kids" will air on Nine in 2014.

Adrian Swift, Nine Network's director of development, said: "Our coaches are artists with busy careers, and the time commitment to do back-to-back seasons is extensive, so we are thrilled we are able to work with Delta in having her be a part of The Voice Kids, while simultaneously supporting her with her music goals."
