Hyolyn Debuts With A Bang: Sistar Singer's 'One Way Love' From The Album 'Love & Hate' Enters Billboard K-Pop Hot 100 At Number 1

Sistar singer Hyolyn skyrocketed to the top of the Billboard K-Pop Hot 100 this week, with two singles from her first solo album, "Love & Hate," released on Nov. 26, cracking the top five.

"One Way Love" debuted at number one on the Billboard K-pop chart and "Lonely" debuted at number three.

Three other songs from Hyolyn's "Love & Hate" cracked the top 40 this week; "Stalker" is at number 21, "Don't Love Me" is at number 32 and "Red Lipstick" is at number 40.

Coming in at number two on the Billboard K-Pop Hot 100 for the second week in a row is girl group 2NE1 with their single "Missing You."

Last month, 2NE1 frontwoman CL explained to the Korean publication Xports News the reasoning behind her controversial decision to appear in the nude in the music video for "Missing You."

"When I heard 'Missing You,' I had the thought that there were no clothes that go with the song, and I wanted to honestly express the loneliness and sadness of being alone," she said.

"There are those songs that really move me, and this is one of them. Our members really reflected a lot while recording this song."

Sung Si Kyung's cover of the 1993 song "To You" by K-pop pioneers Seo Taiji and Boys remains at number four, after spending five weeks in the Billboard K-pop top five.

Last month, Sung told the Korean publication eNEWS that he was worried about whether he would be able to match the quality of the Seo Taiji and Boys version.

"A remake usually cannot be better than the original. It was a song I've always really liked, so I decided to participate as a fan," he said.

Rounding out this week's top five is Lena Park's ballad "My Wish" from the soundtrack for "The Heirs."

"My Wish" is featured episodes 14 and 15 of the popular TV drama.

And Park's single is just one of seven songs to debut in Billboard's K-pop top 10 this week, including the two Hyolyn hits.

"Happy Me" by Lim Kim (also known as Kim Ye Rim) of Togeworl debuted at number six, "It's OK" by solo artist Yoonha entered the chart at number seven, vocal quartet Noel is at number eight with "Being Forgotten" and singer Hi.ni is at number nine with "Can't Have You."

"The Letter" by female duo Davichi is at number 10 after a month on the Billboard chart. Last week it was at number three.
