WINNER to Follow YG’s Star Making System…. On ‘Winner TV’

The next generation boy group WINNER will be greeting their fans on Mnet's "Winner TV".

YG Entertainment revealed on December 6th that WINNER will be put in the spotlight as the first boy group after Big Bang's debut 8 years ago. WINNER will be spotted on "WINNER TV," which will be available via cable channel Mnet and other famous portal sites.

"WINNER TV" is part 3 of YG's broadcast program paradigm, which was a sensation with Mnet's "Big Bang TV" and "2NE1 TV." It is the star-making series, and will air every Friday for 10 episodes.

The group WINNER is the winning Team A of the survival battle program Mnet's "WIN: Who Is Next" which aired last October. It is composed of Team A's 5 members Song Min Ho, Kang Seung Yoon, Lee Seung Hoon, Kim Jin Woo, and Nam Tae Hyun. There's talk that after "WIN" came to an end, the fans made endless requests for them to be featured on "WINNER TV."

"WINNER TV" will show the preparation process for members of WINNER as they get ready to debut as YG's new artist. They will be shown working on their first song and first album after their win on the show. There will be never before scenes from their opening stage for Big Bang in Japan and from their Japan fan meeting. They plan to show behind the scenes clips of WINNER as fun, lively, and honest.

Recently a survey was conducted on a portal site that asked who the most promising rising star in 2014 will be, and the number 1 answer was the group WINNER. WINNER already has a massive fandom in Japan, China, and other foreign countries, even before their debut, and expectations for "WINNER TV" is at an all-time high.
