On the 4th of December, EXO released the title track for their holiday album this month of December. There are two versions of the song; one in Chinese and the other in Korean. The song is mainly sung by the three out of twelve members of EXO, mainly, D.O., Chen, and Baekhyun. 

Song: 9/10

I thought the song was honestly beautiful. I am in no way biased of EXO since I have yet to love them like all of their fans do, but I cannot deny how this song pretty much exceeded my expectations. That isn't to say that I didn't expect much out of it to begin with. I love holiday songs. And I was expecting a feel good ballad, something a with maybe a bit of RnB in the mix, nothing like this though. There isn't a right place to begin with the song. It's just touching and sad and grateful all at once. It reminds you of good Christmases and bad ones, and the ones that you haven't thought about in a while. 

What also contributed to the overall emotional perfection that is this song is the way that the trio sang it with such conviction. Hearing it live is no different either. Very well done. 

Music Video: 5/10

There isn't much about the music video to write home about apart from the cute boys. It isn't the most typical formulaic music video that SM has come out with, but it's pretty darn close. I understand that there isn't much that can be done with it, but I can't help but feel that I've seen a lot of these sets before. And I mean that in a literal sense. I mean, I think I might have seen that snowy, ice location where Baek, D.O. and Chen were singing while being gently rained on with snow. Possibly in a Girl's Generation video, I can't be too sure. 

And for all of the video, the other members who aren't Chen, D.O. or Baekhyun were just there. Not that there I'm complaining since not having them there would be worse. However, it's not the most brilliant video on their list of releases. Which is of course easily off set by how amazing this song is.
