SPOILER ALERT: Lindsay Lohan announced yesterday that she's is writing a new tell-all book. One day later, another story about the Lohan family comes out that's just begging to be a chapter. Michael Lohan says if Lindsay's mother feeds false stories for the book, he will sue.

Lindsay's father Michael is under the impression that Dina Lohan will tell her daughter false and damaging stories about him.

According to TMZ, Michael Lohan's lawyer sent a letter to remind Lindsay's mother about the court ordered gag order that came with their divorce that says "The wife shall not, directly or indirectly, publish, or cause to be published, any diary, memoir, letter, story"  about the Lohan's marriage.

Yesterday Lindsay Lohan announced that she's planning to write a tell-all book. TMZ reported that Lohan reportedly shopping the book around to publishing houses. TMZ says Lindsay is going to explicitly detail arrests, drug abuse, acting and her family's role in her life.

According to TMZ, Lindsay is still in the early stages of writing the book. Lohan's book started as a series of journal entries she wrote as a therapeutic exercise while she was in rehab. TMZ reported that, Lohan met with the New York literary agency Waxman Leavall last Thursday. The publishing house represents many celebrities turned authors like Victor Cruz, Novak Djokovic, Bill Murray, Brock Lesnar, and Cal Ripken Jr. Reports say Lindsay Lohan's book deal could pull six figures.

Linsay's meeting was filmed as part her docu-series on OWN.
