Sung Si Kyung, Park Hyo Shin, Seo In Guk And VIXX's 'Winter Confession' Debuts At Number 1 On Billboard's K-Pop Hot 100

The Christmas spirit is alive and well in this week's Billboard K-Pop Hot 100, with holiday-themed songs taking the number one and three spots.

Record label Jellyfish Entertainment's annual holiday-themed single "Winter Confession" took home the number one spot.

Although Billboard's K-pop chart credits the song to singer Sung Si Kyung, "Winter Confession" also features vocals from Jellyfish artists Park Hyo Shin, Seo In Guk and the members of VIXX.

And spending it's second week in the Billboard K-pop top five is "Miracles In December" by the boy band EXO is at number three on the Billboard chart, after debuting last week at number four.

EXO have found considerable chart success this year, with two other holiday singles placing in the top 50.

"First Snow" is at number 12 up from last week's debut at number 29 on the Billboard K-pop chart and their song "Christmas Day" is at number 50, after debuting at number 38.

Coming in at number two with very little promotion, at least in the West (don't believe us, try Googling it), is "Heart Aching Story" by Wheesung. The song features rapper Junhyung of the six-member boy band BEAST.

Another song to crack the top five with little fanfare in western K-pop publications (including this one) is the song "Farewell For Myself" by solo singer "DIAmond."

The song is from the chart-topping soundtrack for the show "Reply 1994." The number five song on the Billboard chart is also from the popular television drama.

That song, "Reply 1994" stars Jung Woo, Yoo Yun Suk and Son Ho Joon's cover of the 1992 hit "Feeling Only You" by The Blue rounds out the K-pop top 5.
