Barron Hilton Beating Probe Closed; Cops Say Paris Hilton's Brother Not Cooperating
Barron Hilton's beating on the orders of, allegedly, Lindsay Lohan will remain an unsolved mystery because of Barron Hilton. Paris Hilton's brother was beaten at a party a few weeks ago. Barron said Lindsay Lohan set him up for the beating.
The world will never know because Barron Hilton stopped talking about it to the cops. The Miami police pulled the plug on the investigation. Barron Hilton alleged that Ray Lemoine, a friend of Lindsay Lohan, beat him without warning at a party in a Miami Mansion. Barron says Ray LeMoine jumped him on Lindsay Lohan's orders. LeMoine says Paris Hilton's brother started it.
Barron took to social media to respond "This is as ludicrous, and almost as embarrassing as being publicly associated to f****** Lindsay Lohan. I am guilty of being at the wrong place at the wrong time, nobody should ever put their hands on someone else. Lemoine sucker punched me, ran away, and used his blog to conjure up an image of himself as a hero by publishing lies."
Barron filed a police report but, TMZ says, when the police call he doesn't pick up the phone.
Florida State Attorney's Office says it closed the investigation. They will re-open it if Barron cooperates.
Barron says he was jumped at a Miami mansion. According to media reports Barron Hilton was overheard badmouthing Lindsay. He says Lohan ordered the beating as punishment.
According to TMZ.com Barron Hilton called the cops after he was jumped. According to the police report, witnesses said the attacker wanted Hilton to leave a party and hit him with an unknown object. Barron named Lohan as the instigator. Barron says that Lohan told him "You talk s--- about me to my boyfriend, this is what you get." Lindsay Lohan said she wasn't even there. TMZ also ran a fifteen second video that showed Barron Hilton confronting Lohan while she was sitting in the passenger seat of a black SUV.
A rep for the alleged hitter, Ray Lemoine, told TMZ that Lemoine is adamant that Lindsay Lohan had nothing to do with the altercation. Lemoine says Hilton got physical first.
