According to The Hot Hits, former "Vampire Diaries" actresses (who are now stars on the spin-off CW series "The Originals) Claire Holt (Rebekah) and Phoebe Tonkin (Hayley) are Australian, and seem to have brought some of their "Vampire Diaries" friends home for the holidays.

Both Nina Dobrev (Elena) and Paul Wesley (Stefan) have been photographed by fans out and about in Sydney, Australia. Paul Wesley has been photographed looking close and comfortable beside Phoebe, which may confirm rumors that the former co-stars are dating. The photos were posted on Instagram by "The Originals" star and fellow Aussie, Nathaniel Buzolic (Kol Mikaelson).

The timing couldn't be any more perfect for Paul to visit Phoebe's home country: TMZ reports the divorce between Paul and his ex-wife Torrey DeVitto is now final. With a prenup and no children, their divorce was quick and smooth, Just Jared adds. Paul, 31, is keeping their $730,593 home and his Prius, Triumph Bonneville motorcycle, and Audi Q5, while Torrey, 29, keeps her Audi A4.

The couple got married back in April 2011 after meeting on the set of 2007′s "Killer Movie." They dated for over three years. Paul and Torrey separated this past July.

Meanwhile, Wetpaint reports that over the past few months, Phoebe has been hanging out with Paul's sisters and the rumored couple has even been spotted hunting for apartments in New York City, which was just one of the times Paul and Phoebe were spotted in the Big Apple together.

Looks like it's going to be one Aussie New Year's Eve for the "Vampire Diaries" co-stars!
