After School's acting idol UEE turns up the heat as she becomes the object of Jung Il Woo's fantasies in Golden Rainbow. As policewoman Kim Baek Won, UEE has appeared as an exotic dancer in a strip club, as the character goes undercover to reveal the plot which imprisoned her father. In Episode 18, Jung Il Woo's Prosecutor Seo Do Young imagines Kim Baek Won as a sultry temptress who utilizes her police handcuffs for purposes other than arrest. Both Jung Il Woo and UEE maintain a humorous give and take throughout the episodes, providing a lighter side to the darker themes portrayed in the drama.

Golden Rainbow tells the story of a family of orphans whose life initially revolve around the fishing industry. In adulthood, each of the orphans approach life from interesting paths, including UEE's Baek Won who is reunited with her childhood love in Jung Il Woo's Do Young. Both Baek Won and Do Young seek to find justice, which is leading themtowards corruption within their own families.

Golden Rainbow airs on MBC in the 21:45 time slot on Saturdays and Sundays.
