For those of you Instagrammers out there who like to follow your favorite K-Pop stars, YG Entertainment's Lee Hi has just joined the popular photo-sharing app.

On the evening of January 6 (KST), the 17-year-old singer opened her account under the username @leehi_hi with a colorful pop art style photo of herself peering out over a big teddy bear. The caption for the first upload says "Start!"

So far Lee Hi has started following her fellow YG Family members including the ladies of girl group 2NE1 and the Big Bang guys.

The company's trainer Hwangssabu and American pop goddess Beyonce were also among some of the first people the soulful vocalist began to follow on Instagram.

In less than ten hours after starting her account, Lee Hi has over 10,000 followers herself, including other well-known K-Pop artists and even international pop sensation Rihanna.

Lee Hi's new Instagram account comes after a hugely successful debut year for the teenage star. With the release of her first album last spring, Lee Hi rose to the top of the charts with songs like "It's Over" and "Rose" and gained international notoriety for her unique jazzy voice and fun songs.

Many of her fans are eager to see what she has in store for this new year and the Instagram account will offer another channel for her to keep everyone up to date on her new activities.
