In the midst of Super Junior leader Leeteuk losing his father and grandparents in a tragic car accident and fans mourning his loss, group member Shindong will be absent from a live recording of his radio show.

Shindong is currently the DJ of the radio show 'ShimShim Tapa'. On January 6, the production team posted on the official Twitter page, "Today, 'Shindong's ShimShim Tapa' will be hosted by special DJs VIXX's N and Baek Ah Yeon. There will be no viewable video."

After confirming with sources, VIXX's N and Baek Ah Yeon were asked and had agreed to be special DJs on that same day. Shindong had originally planned to host the show, but asked permission from the production team to leave and be with Leeteuk upon hearing the tragic news.

Leeteuk's father passed away in a car accident. He was 57. Leeteuk's grandparents were in the car with his father; they also passed away. Leeteuk is serving in the army at the moment. He headed for the funeral home early in the morning.

Leeteuk entered the army October 2012, and serves as a serviceman.
