Girl Groups' War: Who Will Be The Next Queen To Precede Girls' Generation?

The competition to arise as the next queen since Girls' Generation is a highly competitive one among the girl groups. The girl groups are coming back with sexy concepts, making their competition hotter.

The first group that came back with the sexy concept in 2014 is Girls' Day. Girls' Day on January 3 released their third mini album and is performing their title song, "Something." "Something" is a song that reminds the fans of Um Jung Hwa's "Invite" and Park Ji Yoon's "Adult Ceremony," and its charming aurora is impressive. Girls' Day members in the showcase of the mini album said the point of the song is, "Not overwhelmingly sexy but very sexy in its subtlety."

Girls' Day is having successful days with the song "Something." "Something" in the morning of January 7 ranked the second to third on the list on various music charts such as Melon, MNet, Naver music, and Daum music. Their music video on YouTube is attracting a lot of attention of the fans as well, amassing over 1,570,000 views.

Following Girls' Day, Dal Shabet comes back on January 8 with the new mini album, "Big BaBy." While their previous songs accentuated their cute image, Dal Shabet plans to show mature, sexy iamge through this album.

Girl group Rainbow is also coming back as a sexy unit. They established unit Rainbow BLAXX and plans to come back at the end of this month. AOA as well participates in the sexy competition of the girl groups, with their fifth single album "Miniskirt," which is to air on January 16.
