MC the Max, Girl's Day, and Ailee each took the number 1 spots on different music charts.

MC the Max previously had an all kill on music charts with songs from their new album. As of January 8th their song "Wind that Blows" is still at number 1 on MelOn charts. Girl's Day's "Something" took the number 1 spot on Mnet, and Ailee's "Singing Got Better" took the number 1 spot on Bugs.

MC the Max's ballad song is getting a great response because it goes well with the cold winter weather, while Girl's Day's sexy strategy and Ailee's deeply emotional vocals are contributing to their popularity, respectively.

"Wind that Blows" is currently number 1 on many different charts, including MelOn, Genie, Olleh Music, and Cyworld Music. "Singing Got Better" ranked number 1 on Bugs, Naver Music, and Daum Music. "Something" took the top spot on Mnet and Monkey3.

For now there are no major comebacks, and there's much anticipation as to how these songs will fare in the long run.

IU's "Friday" and Lyn's "My Destiny" are ranked in the top 10 as well.
