‘Oppa Oppa’ by Donghae & Eunhyuk Ranks #2 Oricon Weekly Chart

Super Junior’s unit group Donghae and Eunhyuk’s single ‘Oppa Opaa’ ranked second on the Oricon weekly chart.

Donghae and Eunhyuk released first Japanese single ‘Oppa Oppa’ on April 4 entering second on the daily chart on the same day proving Super Junior’s popularity once again.

Even though the single had no specific promotions or activities in Japan the single landed second place on Oricon weekly chart following Japanese popular rock band B’z and ranked first on single chart of Tower Records, the largest record chain. The single proved to be a hot commodity in Japan with ‘Sold Out’ signs in various record shops since the evening on the day of its release.

In celebration to the release of their first Japanese single the duo will hold a premium mini live event at Shibuya AX Hall in Tokyo on April 11.

Super Junior is to release their third Japanese single ‘Opera’ on May 9 and will continue their ‘Super Show 4’ at Tokyo Dome with 100,000 fans on May 12 and 13.
