Perrie Edwards and Zayn Malik are planning a 2014 wedding, and luckily Perrie Edwards has the support of both One Direction and Little Mix fans, despite the occasional jealous Directioner!

In a new interview with Now magazine, Perrie Edwards opened up about jealous One Direction fans.

''When I was younger, and I found out [US singer] Jesse McCartney had a girlfriend, I was heartbroken," she said. 

"I was like: "Noooo!" Then Dougie Poynter from McFly started seeing Frankie Sandford from The Saturdays and I was gutted.

"So I can relate, you're a young girl with a crush on someone. You're like: 'Damn it!'"

But Perrie revealed that for the most part, Directioners are supportive of her upcoming wedding to One Direction singer Zayn Malik.

"I've been really lucky, One Direction fans have been really supportive," Perrie said.

"I had so much positive feedback. Our Little Mix fans are incredible - they'll support us no matter what."

However, Unreality TV reports that the Little Mix singer has received plenty of abuse in the past from Directioners over the years, including death threats and threatening messages on Twitter.

Who else is a big fan of Zerrie? Zayn's own mother, Trisha Malik!

Trisha spoke to BBC News about her One Direction son and his engagement to Perrie.

"Perrie is a lovely girl and I get on really well with her," Trisha told BBC News in December.

She then revealed a few details about their upcoming wedding: "They're thinking of the end of next year, although no date has yet been set yet."

If Zayn and Perrie's plans are still on track, that means we can expect a One Direction/Little Mix wedding this winter!

Last month, Zayn told E! News that he hopes to have some time off to talk about his upcoming wedding with his future bride over the holiday season.

"Maybe when I get my time off we can start talking about that [wedding planning], but we haven't really started planning anything yet," he said.

"That's all exciting and we have that to look forward to. That will be cool."
